Clean 1 lb of oyster mushrooms.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Place 1 cup vegan fry mix in a shallow dish for dry mix. In a separate shallow dish, pour in 1 cup non-dairy milk (or water) and 1/2 tbsp apple cidar vinegar for wet mix.
